Last year I performed Radiohead’s album OK Computer as a collab with some of my favorite Maine musicians from @thewompsrock, @mktrioband, @futuremailmen and @ladybrain.music and it was one of the best show experiences I had last spring. We got such a strong crowd response to do another Radiohead opus that we couldn’t say no! Tickets are now on sale for round 2 playing IN RAINBOWS on 4/10 at @portlandhouseofmusic! Gonna play both discs 1 and 2 for the real heads!

There’s a really sweet collab show happening next week between some local Portland bands - @thewompsrock , @futuremailmen , @ladybrain.music , and @midnight.breakfastme - to play the Radiohead album Ok Computer front to back at @portlandhouseofmusic on Friday 5/23! This’ll be a really special show and I hope to see everyone I know there within a 100 mile radius 😁

What a great feeling to finally put out that record that you sweated over for usually longer than expected! 😅 A couple years ago, my band @thewompsrock cozied up in the beautiful live room at @defiantaudio and recorded this record. This sliver of time is the result of shredding arrangement and improv concepts during the peak of the pandemic, and I feel that we were able to capture a piece of that magic that comes from the musical bond of learning to read each other’s minds for a certain period of time. Though this kind of music is not what people colloquially think of as jazz, the freedom of expression, spontaneous musical conversations and living on the edge of the knife are the elements of jazz that have transformed my life for good. This album embodies what I love to do, and I’m excited to see what growth it will bring me and The Womps now that we’ve let it go.
